Scheduling

Please call/text/email Carmen to make an appointment. Or use the “Book Now” button to manage and make further appointments. Once you have scheduled an appointment you will receive an invitation to create a password for your online portal access. This makes it super simple to fill out all medical and consent forms right online in preparation for your first visit.

Initial Appointment: $110

Follow up Visits: $85

**FSA/HSA cards are accepted and recommended to use as payment. Cash, credit/debit and check are also accepted at the time of service.

Facial Rejuvenation and Micro Needling Pricing Available Upon Request

Carmen is an “out of network” provider, therefore, payment is due at the time of service. We are happy to supply you with a “super bill” should your carrier offer any out of network coverage for reimbursement.

Cancellation/ Rescheduling Policy

Please allow 24 hours to cancel and/or reschedule your appointment.

Cancellations/rescheduling within 12 hours of your appointment will incur a $45 fee. Please know, emergency situations are always taken into consideration!
